So I'm driving along 101 South somewhere near Gonzales and amidst the Ag browns, greens, and golds, Here is this shard of brilliant magenta! I nearly slam on my brakes,What?! Pull over!, Q: Is there a part of Kukenhof in the middle of the Salinas Valley?A: Not exactly Cornflake, the Salinas Valley is home to an assortment of crops not all of them edible".Reminded me of the time I pumped the brake at the sight of a broccoli crown in the middle of the road outside Santa Maria. As a suburbanite, all I see is a free side dish for dinner, But out in Ag country it’s just the flotsam of the industry, So don't go slamming on your brakes.
